Remote IMEs anywhere in the United States

When remote is enough, and when it is not
Remote recording is appropriate for the large majority of personal-injury, workers’ compensation, and IME settings where the question is support-or-refute plus severity stratification. In-person recording is appropriate when counsel wants the expert in the room, when the subject cannot travel to a network site, or when the case budget and optics call for it.
Either path produces the same class of data: objective, repeatable, and explainable to a jury in plain language.
